I'm a seasoned agency recruiter with over 10 years experience, but my 3 year stint internally at a large corporate is where I developed my love for employer branding and EVP creation. I then changed direction and worked in a video production agency, partnering with clients to produce content, specifically in the recruitment space. The demand I saw for employer branding content and my love for people and recruitment has now fueled the launch of BLEND.
I'm a creative story teller and entrepreneur and have run a production company for over 20 years. I've brought many stories to life and worked with small and large businesses around the world, to elevate their brand in the market. Creating recruitment and employer branding content has quickly become my passion and you'll see me take the creative lead on all video production projects across Blend, working closely with our clients to ensure the success of their videos.
I'm the creative master mind behind pre and post production at Blend and our sister company Create x Wonder. I fuel our ideas with creative input on how we can best bring them to life. I am also a skilled photographer, and will capture stills that support our video content, giving your recruitment campaign greater impact. I love to travel, having been an ambassador for The North Face, and worked on many documentaries. that I created.
